How a piece of work moves, in three steps
- The question finds its specialist. Dues, accounting, maintenance, violations, communication or governance: each goes to the agent built for it.
- The specialist prepares it. From the community’s own records, the agent drafts the answer, the notice or the next step.
- A board member approves it. Nothing is sent, charged or changed until a person the community elected says yes.
