From a booking to a signed form, in three steps
- The resident picks a time. Two-hour times from 6 AM to 10 PM, with the times already held shown as taken.
- The board approves it. Every resident booking waits for the board, and the resident is told when it is approved or declined.
- The form is on file. The board attaches the form a space needs, and each resident reviews it and signs it electronically.
The calendar runs itself. The rules are the board’s.

Six things the pool season stops needing
- No double bookings. The database refuses a second booking for the same space and time.
- See what is booked. A month calendar of taken times, with neighbours’ names shortened for privacy.
- E-signature on the form itself. The resident signs with one click, and the record keeps the form’s name, its version and the date.
- Who hasn’t signed, and a reminder. The board sees every resident who has not signed yet and can remind them, at most once a week.
- Book for a resident. The board can make a booking on a resident’s behalf.
- Access on the record. When a household loses access to a space, the restriction and when it lifts are recorded.
