For self-managed HOA boards

You volunteered to help your neighbors. Not to take a second job.

Rebel HOA does the work between meetings. Dues, books, notices and votes are prepared for you, and nothing moves until a board member says yes. $9 a month for the whole community, any size.

The same jobs. None of the evenings.

Collecting dues: residents pay from their phone, and the deposit matches what you billed. Keeping the books: every payment is posted to the community's own books and matched to the bank.

The board meeting: the packet is ready, and the minutes carry each item to its action. Votes: a real quorum, counted for you. Neighbors: one conversation between residents and the board. Notices: by your own rules, from the first letter to the appeal.

When the treasurer moves away, the books don't.

Every payment, vote, notice and document stays with the community, and the next treasurer opens the same screen on day one.

A workforce that's tested. People who are in charge.

Rebel HOA gives every community specialist agents, each graded against 881 real board questions before it is allowed to answer. They draft, reconcile, remind and prepare. Nothing is sent, paid or posted until a board member says yes.

Straight answers

Can our board run the community without a management company?

Many communities are run by a volunteer board. Rebel HOA gives that board what a manager's office would: the books, the notices, the votes and the paperwork prepared, with the board still making every decision.

Nobody on our board is technical. Will this work?

If you can use a phone, you can run it. Setup is done with you, and residents use one app they download once.

What does it cost?

Rebel HOA is $9 a month for the whole community, any size. Residents who pay dues online cover their own card fee, so your deposit matches what you billed.

Who can see our money?

Your community, and no one else. Every community's books are walled off from every other, and a board member approves every payment.

Can we move our records in?

Yes. Setup is done with you: homes, owners, balances and documents come across, so you start on day one with your own history.
