For property management companies

Run every community like it's your only one.

Each community you manage gets its own books, its own residents and its own board view, walled off from the rest. Agents prepare the work. Your staff approves it. $25 a month per community, no per-door cap.

Your boards stop calling. Your office stops chasing.

Your boards see their own numbers: the board packet, the bank sign-off and who is behind on dues. Residents pay, request, book and vote in one app.

Your office finds the work prepared: each community's bank matched and ready to sign off, notices drafted by that community's own rules, and nothing sent until your staff or the board approves it.

Priced per community. Never per door.

Every community is $25 a month, whether it has forty homes or four hundred. Ten communities is $250 a month; fifty is $1,250.

When a manager leaves, the community's history stays.

Every payment, vote, notice and document belongs to the community, not to someone's inbox. Whoever picks up the account next opens the same screen on day one.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

Rebel HOA is $25 a month per community, with no per-door cap. Residents who pay dues online cover their own card fee.

Are our communities kept apart?

Yes. Each community's books, residents and records are walled off from every other, and a check tries to break that wall every morning.

Can my staff move between communities?

Yes. Your staff signs in once and moves between the communities Rebel HOA has set up for your company. Each move is recorded, and taking a person off a community sends them out of it at once.

Do the agents act on their own?

No. They draft, reconcile, remind and prepare. Nothing is sent, paid or posted until your staff or the community's board says yes.

Can we move from our current system?

Yes. Setup is done with you, one community at a time: homes, owners, balances and documents come across, so each community starts with its own history.
